The Ventech 9000 Ripening System
We manufacture two models of the Ventech Ethylene Gas Generator™ Ripening System. Both are designed and engineered to the same exacting specifications.
The VENTECH 9000 Fruit Ripening System provides a reliable economical method for ripening and de-greening fruit and tobacco curing by catalyzing low cost ethanol alcohol into ethylene gas in optimally configured measured bursts.
Most fruits and vegetables produce ethylene gas naturally during the ripening phase. By introducing ethylene gas into the ripening room under controlled time and temperature conditions, ripening times can be considerably reduced, and more consistent ripening obtained.
The following crops are successfully ripened with the Ventech Fruit Ripening System:
There are two systems within the 9000 range, designed to serve different gassing time requirements. Both are easily transportable between successive ripening rooms where they are usable for extended periods.
